Flue Systems & Components

Albion Applications are the exclusive UK and Eire distributors for LN2 (Formerly LN Natalini) flue systems and components. The standard product is comprehensive, covering both high efficiency condensing boilers and standard efficiency non-condensing boilers, and including concentric and twin tube systems:

*Concentric flue systems*		Made from aluminium with an inner air tube and outer flue gas tube, designed to offer optimum flueing flexibility for all gas-fired boiler types. Diameter 60/100mm & 80/125mm for condensing boilers (with plastic inner tube). Diameters 60/100mm & 80/125mm for non-condensing. Full range of 90° & 45° boiler connection and in-line elbows - made in pressed & jointed construction or high quality die cast aluminium. Extension kits 0.5 & 1m long. Stainless steel and injection moulded plastic terminals. Sliding telescopic kit available. Roof terminal kits, including sloping & horizontal roof flashing plates.

*Twin flue systems*		Produced from aluminium & plastic in diameters 60 & 80mm, providing increased flueing options, particularly where long flue & combustion air runs are required. Full range of boiler adaptors, extension tubes, 45° & 90° elbows and terminals & grilles. Adaptors to allow use of horizontal & vertical concentric terminals.

*Flue system accessories*		Flue seals of single or double lip design, made from high temperature silicone rubber or normal EPDM. Optional flue gas sampling points can be fitted on most concentric & twin flue system components. Full range of gaskets, wall seals, hanging & mounting brackets, mating flanges, clamps.

*Condensate traps*		For use in condensing boilers, made from acid-resistant plastic. Designed to permit release of liquid condensate from condensing boiler heat exchangers and flue systems, whilst providing an effective seal against flue gas escape.

Whilst this range is very comprehensive, LN2 are also able to design & manufacture non-standard flue system components that are specific to a customer's particular appliance. These may be based on variations of standard parts or may be completely new items. Albion Applications can provide a valuable technical resource, ensuring that LN2 can realise our customers' precise product specifications.
All of the LN2 products are available in either unpainted or standard white painted finish. Roof terminals are either black or terracotta paint finish. Alternative paint finishes are available on request.
Flue system components can be either supplied bulk packed for inclusion within a boiler assembly during production, or semi-assembled and packed ready for despatch as boiler accessories.
