Albion Applications represents two well-established European manipulated tube manufacturers from whom a wide range of copper, aluminium, steel and stainless steel tube products are available:

The manipulated tubes supplied by Albion Applications are intended for the connection of hydraulic components within wall-hung and floor boilers. Typical requirements include connections between pump and heat exchanger, or from inlet isolation valve to diverter valve, for example. Tubes can be supplied according to client drawings or Albion Applications can prepare design drawings based on appliance and component requirements. There is a very wide selection of standard and bespoke terminal connections, including externally threaded bushes, union nuts, rapid-connection systems and O-ring connections. Tubes can be swaged and flanged and a number of other features can be incorporated into the tubes, such as disc-type thermostat mounting plates, pockets for thermostat & temperature gauge sensing bulbs, and drain and air vent tappings.
Controlled automated, semi-automated & manual processes, including bending, welding, brazing, machining & finishing, ensure product accuracy and quality. All tubes are guaranteed to be leak-free as a result of 100% pressure testing in the factory.
